Acclaimed artist opens Diss show
Internationally-acclaimed Royal Academy artist Zacron will be opening the Diss Art Show and sale at its preview evening tonight. He will be on hand to meet guests and answer questions on just about any aspect of art in today's world, especially contemporary art and the use of every conceivable type of medium.
Internationally-acclaimed Royal Academy artist Zacron will be opening the Diss Art Show and sale at its preview evening tonight. He will be on hand to meet guests and answer questions on just about any aspect of art in today's world, especially contemporary art and the use of every conceivable type of medium. He will also give a short talk about art today from his perspective.
After the success of the art show and sale last year, organisers Diss Rotary Club have been encouraged to organise what is likely to become an annual event. It is open to the public at the Corn Hall tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday.
About 100 artists will be displaying about 500 paintings. They will also be offering un-mounted prints and cards for sale.
Times: Tomorrow 10am-6pm; Saturday 10am -6pm; Sunday 10am-4pm.
