PALGRAVE summer fete takes place on Saturday, July 19 and is offering a fun afternoon for visitors.
Events start at noon although car booters can set up from 11am. On offer is a pet show with fun classes including the waggiest tail, the noisiest and the dog which looks most like its owner. Entrants are urged to telephone before the day to make sure there is room for their pet (01379 643629). Animals must not be left unattended and please provide cages or pens if that is appropriate.
Sam and Daisy will be the musical attraction and will play two sessions during the afternoon and there will be a Punch and Judy Show, refreshments and the bar will be open all afternoon.
