Although we are just only into Autumn, Mere Players are rehearsing hard with Christmas songs for their upcoming show entitled In The Mood For Christmas. If you are one of the thousands of people who enjoy the Thursford Christmas spectacular, this is the Diss-based Mere Players' answer - a dazzling show packed with festive favourites, Christmas songs from stage and screen and some of the Rock 'n' Roll / Glam Rock classics.
Fans of the series of critically acclaimed In The Mood variety shows staged by the group in recent years will not be disappointed by the mix of solos, chorus numbers and choreographed dance routines. The show will be accompanied by spectacular lighting effects and costumes with musical direction by Michael Dann.
The show runs from Wednesday, December 3 until Saturday, December 6 at 7.30pm with a matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm.
