Bressingham's annual Steam in Miniature weekend on Saturday and Sunday has come around again where working scale models of steam locomotion are on show, ranging from the large and decorative engines used by fairground showmen and the travelling fairs to the more humble road rollers used to maintain the highways and byways.
Bressingham's annual Steam in Miniature weekend on Saturday and Sunday has come around again where working scale models of steam locomotion are on show, ranging from the large and decorative engines used by fairground showmen and the travelling fairs to the more humble road rollers used to maintain the highways and byways.
Scales range from 2½ inches to the foot to the larger models of approximately half the size of the originals.
A boating lake will be showing model boats powered by steam, electricity and sail.
The Dad's Army Museum and Bloom family gardens will also be open.
