Authentic African tribal song and dance is set to liven up a South Norfolk village on a return visit to the Lophams’ Village Hall.

The Osiligi Maasai Warriors, from Oleopolos and its surrounding communities in southern Kenya, Africa, will be performing in the village on October 9.

Since 2003, the group has regularly performing an annual tour of the UK and has recently returned for six weeks including dates in Eat Anglia. Their return to North Lopham follows a sold-out performance in 2004.

As well as authentic Maasai tribal song and dance, they will also perform their world-famous Maasai jumping.

Since 2010, the group has worked in close association with a small UK charity - Osiligi Charity Projects - to support infrastructural improvements in their local community.

The warriors will be performing at Lophams’ Village Hall, Church Lane, North Lopham, on October 9, 7.30pm. Tickets £8 adult and £6 school age on 01379 687679.
