Young Ryan tops the bill

CHYMe (charity for young musicians) presents former Diss High School pupil Ryan Lewis at its end of summer concert at St Mary's Church in Diss.

Mr Lewis has just returned from his studies at the University of Toronto in Canada where he had been awarded an entrance scholarship.

Mr Lewis has just returned from his studies at the University of Toronto in Canada where he had been awarded an entrance scholarship.

He recently attended a two week educational conference for performers in Rome where he played in masterclasses and concerts and will continue his studies this month at King's College, London with piano lessons at the Royal Academy of Music.

The concert starts at 7pm on Saturday, September 13 and Mr Lewis's programme will include works by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin and Rachmaninov. Tickets cost £5 and are available on the door.
